Misty sunset

The weather in parts of SA is severe. The Western Cape has experienced huge winds, fires and heavy rain. We are expecting heavy rain in the Eastern Cape  tomorrow. Tonight the sky was black and everywhere was so still - the calm before the storm?
I have been watching the solar eclipse in America on CNN. Our kids in Canada experienced it and have sent photos. I find weather patterns so fascinating.
