Welcome Isla May xx

A new 3rd cousin for Darcy.Little Isla May was born a  week ago, a fortnight early but a good healthy weight and her twin brothers are already delighted with her.
I've been working on a quilt for her and having completed the top, I took it to my wonderful quilting lady who sandwiched  together top, batting and my backing and worked a beautiful quilting design on her machine and Isla May's name amongst dancing flowers in the border. Today I applied the first side of the binding by machine then hand stitched it down , finally hand stitching the label  I had made to the back.
