Promenade des Anglais ... in the rain

Umbrellas hastily acquired!

A day of perambulations punctuated with pauses for refreshment and culture. Sadly the English Church in Nice locked and bolted (our Pa used to go there from time to time) ... but we did walk around it, had a cuppa at Le Negresco and a potter around the Cathedral. Then ... just like in our childhood ... an ice cream as a reward.

I am out of practice ... over 15,000 steps! Hips are aching...
