Requires concentration to lie on the ceiling

Rather wet today, and colder.
I went for a short run in the morning and then we headed to Keswick where we were meeting my sister later. Before that was a visit to the Puzzling Place, somewhere I hadn't been before. Lots of optical illusions and explanations on how they fool us.
Met sister and partner at Lingholm Gardens where we had tea and very large scones/cakes.
Takeaway for a meal and just watched the programme about the RNLI with one of d's friends in one part.
