Unexpected colour in the Fritillary area

I've not had white ones before, usually cream or the purple-mottled.
Another sunny day but with more cloudy spells and temp only low teens, and I spent much of it outdoors.
After getting out another load of washing I gardened for a couple of hours and found the explanation for an odd achy pain in my left lower ribs - shovelling compost from the heap to various bits of the garden. At least that's now done so it should settle down. The veg patch is now coming along nicely and almost ready for more planting out when the plants are ready.
I had a short run before lunch (I'm trying to get the miles back up so had 2 runs today) and did a bit of admin after before going back out to the garden. This time it was to get more seeds planted, so less strenuous, and I had time after for a cuppa and a read on the patio.
Then off for the run with the group, loads out tonight after just 5 on Monday.
