Anomaly Time

We have been to the Transport Museum in Leyland several times in recent years, usually with a grandchild or two. Today we went with Arthur and Freya who we are looking after for the next two days.

Amongst the display of vehicles from the last century and beyond, is a model town with a tram track. I only spotted the anomaly today as the tram rushed past. I did search for the Doctor but without success.
