every corner of the universe
Not poetry, as such, but here are some lines from my favourite David Guterson novel (as pictured), and which is also a rather wonderful film:
Snow Falling on Cedars
It takes a rare thing, a turning point,
to free oneself from any obsession.
Be it prejudice or hate, or, even love.
He now understood this - that;
accident rules every corner of the universe,
except perhaps the chambers of the human heart.
