In Case Of Ambiguity

Popped to the butchers at Clives fruit farm this morning for an emergency stock up of bacon & sausages.  

The farm is, slightly surprisingly, still above water, and does have one open road of the three leading to it.  Still, can't help think these signs are a tad superfluous.
