Taps Aff

Finally it felt like spring today. I enjoyed a lovely walk in the hills with Carole and Kate this morning. More liaising with our excellent plumber and electrician today. We’ve finally got our heating back…just when we no longer need it.
Another visit to Eshiels this afternoon (had to take apart a wardrobe we couldn’t give away) and then we cleared out our allotment. It did feel rather sad but given our new bigger garden, we felt that giving it to others who are losing theirs was the right thing to do. Finished my packing this evening and then out to Carole’s for drinks and nibbles. I’m always a bit anxious before travelling. I suspect I won’t sleep particularly well tonight.
