Flying

The Valaris 247 jack-up rig is now loaded on its transporter, the Xin Yao Hua.  Its tanks have been pumped out and it is now floating with its deck above the waves. 

There were a few gulls circling around but I didn't notice the plane until I looked at the captured image.
