Baled

That didn't take long! A final turn and the hay was all baled by 3pm and on it's way. I learned that a friend is having this load for her horses so she will be pleased that it was all done without so much as a drop of rain falling onto it.

Where did yesterdays balmy weather go? It#s far from warm today and the rain has begun to fall. It's hardly wetting the ground but still not good for hay, but my pots could do with a little water. I've spent much of the last couple of days catching up on long overdue jobs and have decided I'd better get to grips with the excess of flowering nettles. Braving the droplets and off to get stung!
