I think this is a Tawny Mining Bee, bringing a splash of colour to the community garden.

Later, I braved the rail replacement bus to head up to Ben Rhydding, where Ilkley Town’s 4G pitch was helping other clubs make progress with their fixture backlog, after another soggy week. 

Colne were hosting Isle of Man (extra) in an NWCFL Premier Division fixture. It was the visitors from across the Irish Sea who made their travelling fans happy with a 2-0 win.
