Windfall

Today has been far too busy for a Friday, roll on this time next week.  We went for a walk in the evening when P got back from work.  One of the huge scot's pines down by the river had unfortunatley come down.  It looked like it was a victim of a landslip which damaged the roots and led to it needing to be cut up.  A real shame.  P got to around 130 rings before he lost count, so it had been there a while.  A few other trees are down in the woods after all the recent strong winds.  Come on spring!!
