Cranesbill
As it has been a horrible cold wet day myl planned blip was put on hold so I just took a photo of flowers growing in the hedge opposite. This meadow cranesbill usually grows on verges but is popular among gardeners too. It gets its name from the seedpods which resemble cranes' bills and then the seeds are dispersed in an explosive manner and so continuing to produce a colourful addition to the countryside through much of Britain.
Thankyou for all the comments and wishes yesterday on my 300 blip.
