º7C tonight

Here in Holland-on-sea this morning it was far too cold and windy to walk on the beach, so today's pic is of the stream just a few mins from Ralph's house where Rufus and I had a brief walk cut short by considerable discomfort in struggling against the bitter wind.  I left Ralph and Holland-on-sea after lunch and back home this evening. Bro called for a cuppa after work and told me that here in Chelmsford, it snowed yesterday. Proper falling flakes of snow, for more than ten minutes. Hard to believe that last Saturday afternoon I was sitting in gorgeous sunshine in the garden of the Fox and Raven sinking a much needed pint, uncomfortably warm.
