Dog on a cold stone wall

Bertie the poser strikes again, and yes, he did get a treat for a good pose. We had another dry morning walk and didn’t meet anyone along the way. The sun appeared as the morning wore on and by lunchtime it was a lovely day. I had to drive down to Craignure for an appointment and while I was there I popped in to Bowman Court, a small complex of 12 homes for tenants with care needs adjacent to the hospital, to visit an old friend. We spent a happy twenty minutes laughing together, even though she had trouble hearing me. She is very content and whiles away the hours asleep, her dreams being interrupted every now and again by visitors like me.
