Stumped

The day started with an early drive down to Craignure to collect the weekly organic fruit and veg orders with only two other orders to drop off on the way home this week, followed by a third drop off along with a walk with Bertie in the rain. We walked along a track where there were a number of woodland crofts, more than I had known about previously. At least one person had gone to a lot of work to remove a number of large tree stumps left behind after the tree felling. It wasn’t a great day for photography so this stump was the best I could come up with. Although I was quite surprised that I could see through the murk as far as the Ardnamurchan peninsula.
