Shopping..

..for most people, this means popping down to the local shop, or the nearest supermarket a few miles away. For us it involves a 200 mile round trip to the 'Ness.

We do our own veg and eggs and bread, but need to get flour and baked beans and toilet rolls and lintels, bags of sand and cement, and bricks, and diesel..

Set off at 9 this morning, and have just got back, and unloaded and put away, after stopping for a meal in Ullapool..

It's been raining for most of the afternoon, think I may be concreting paths in the poly-tunnel tomorrow to use the two bags of cement that got damp in the trailer on the way back.
