Isle of Lewis.
Gress beach.
Met the wee family in the Ullapool ferry queue. Crossed to the Isle of Lewis with CalMac on the MV Loch Seaforth. Very fine, albeit a bit of a bounce in The Minch.
We went to Gress beach north of Stornoway for walk. Our grandson was in his backpack - a great acquisition. The dog has run about. We all did well. They departed for the Isle of Harris afterwards.
We went to Callanish, to the Neolithic standing stones. A special place early in evening, very quiet. Thought provoking and atmospheric.
We were frustrated a bit by technology today. Some ongoing admin matters couldn’t be progressed, things roll over to Tuesday after Easter.
There’s some extra photos (including me!).
