Helped replenish the charity shop this morning, dropped off a box and bag of bits.  They were grateful, as always, checked in for gift aid.

Back home and finished a crochet project.

This afternoon my sister and I visited the local cinema at the arts centre to see One Love, the Bob Marley story.  Good film and great music.  

Need to work on my sleep pattern, spend the evening drifting in/out of sleep (not always able to fight it), then come bedtime not tired.  This results in a late to bed situation, with then an early start.
