Friday night takeaways . . . . .
. . . . on Wednesday.
Just one of those things. I decided I fancied some fish for tea - hot, battered fish. Blue Cod. Yum. Hold the chips - I'll just do my own veges with it. Double yum.
I hear that 'good' food calories can balance out 'bad' food calories . . . . . so my veges will negate the fried fish calories . . . . . right?
Just like white food doesn't have any calories - which is why I bought vanilla ice-cream last week and had some for dessert tonight.
Don't I feel virtuous? A calorie-free dinner!
Bed now - tired. (I'm obviously not getting enough calories in my diet to keep my energy levels up - might have to address that tomorrow)
