Grill time!
The first barbecue of the year today. Well, not 'a barbecue' as such, but the first use of it to grill some vegetables and paneer cheese that will be going into a curry this evening, following a Jamie Oliver recipe. It's all looking and smelling good and just needs bringing together when we are ready to eat later.
Now that it's cleaned up and a new gas bottle purchased, I'll probably use it to grill some lamb chops tomorrow; I always find they create too much smoke to cook indoors!
