Inverness castle

A wonderful walk down past Inverness castle this lunchtime. I am glad i took this picture when I did, as I walked back up the hill the cloud had swung in and flag lay limp against its pole.

Just below out of picture is the most beautiful flower arrangement on the embankment. Workers from The highland Council spend hours tending to the borders. Unfortunately to get a picture of that including the castle means losing any depth to the castle and only seeing one face of it....or at least it does when I'm walking past in a hurry and only have an iPhone with me.
