Tree Peony

My tree peony has died back a lot - it used to be huge and have six or eight blooms every spring. But, happily, it's not dead - and there are two blooms on this one healthy stem that is left. Plus a new shoot that looks like it may be coming along for last year. Luckily this year we haven't (yet) had a killing late frost.
