Walt toughs it out

The forecast was for improving weather today so I headed up Ben Shieldaig before moving onto Cannich. Improvements were very late arriving. Walt and I were grateful for the huge stone shelter at the prow of the ridge. Lots of nice swim lochans but not the weather for it! My new campsite is fabulous (see main pic in extras) second extra a lizard seen on Saturday and high level newt from Ben Shieldaig.
