Efficient

My new passport arrived today, less than two weeks after I applied for it. Somewhat surprised that it was just pushed through the door while I was out rather than needing to be signed for though.

J eventually got back to the nursing home this morning, more than 24 hours after the consultant had said he was fit for discharge. After a lot of ringing around yesterday evening to find out where he was it transpired that by the time patient transport ambulance arrived to pick him up it was past the latest time that the nursing home could accommodate the transfer.

I was at a great “artist CPD” talk at the Turnpike gallery in Leigh this morning. Good to meet several other artists who live and work locally.

Then a quick visit to see J, and check that he was settled.
