Make A Wish

I can't believe that my little girl is 10 years old today. It's a cliche, but time has really flown!

She was awake early and opened all her presents under the watchful eye of her younger brother, who, it has to be said, has had a tough day. It's difficult when you're 7 and it's your sibling's birthday!

This evening we went out for tea with Amy's friend Oliver (who was also 10 today) and his family and then when we got home we sang "Happy Birthday" to her and had a slice of birthday cake.

Amy told me this evening that it had been her best birthday ever... and it's not over yet as her party isn't until a week on Saturday. Happy Birthday Amy!
