Sunshine

Started the day with a 7 mile run from St Breward with friends. We passed this lovely field of rapeseed and it smelt wonderful.
At lunchtime met more friends at Cardinham woods for a dog walk, despite all feeling tired we egged each other on to do the longer hilly walk.
All finished with a lovely coffee in the woods café, had 2 tired dogs tonight
