You find it in the strangest place

Life is confusing and difficult 

You are put in situations where you are uncomfortable and become stressed 

Because you are a grown up you work your way thru it 

You come out the other side, maybe not stronger or wiser but with an understanding of just how stupid other humans can be 

This is just a statement of fact.  

But. What I did want to say was:  in amongst the shit of the daily grind there are moments like this 

The sun light was perfect 

The tea was newly made 

And the steam curled up

Perfection 

And not only did this give me immense pleasure. This was the second such event today 

The first had been a plume of dust dancing in a crack of sunlight

These are the moments that matter 

Not the shit in-between
