I have been needing to kick start this routine for a while.
Last night, as I slept fitfully due to creaks and crunches, I made the plan.

Up early, 20 minutes of yoga and the world seems lighter and brighter.

I don't do much in the way of selfies, but this is my reminder to find the space in my life.
