I finally returned to volunteer at parkrun this morning... 3 and a 1/2 weeks post surgery... It was so good to be out doing something... First big drive too... When we got home I had some sore parts so I've spent the afternoon in bed chilling... Our friend Geoff is back visiting from Bulgaria so it was great to catch up over coffee...
