Nudgee Runners...

There's a new Physiotherapy business in our community... Ruben has been going there with a few injuries he's had from playing football (soccer), also a few others from Nudgee Runners have been there so YOU said they'd like to start a run club once a month so we joined forces and did our first run together yesterday... 22 runners took part, I think there was 14 Nudgee Runners, 3 YOU trainers and 5 YOU clients... Nudgee Runners will still run every Sunday... I just did some walking...
