My choice of blip for the high contrast theme of Mono Monday.

Caged lumps of rock providing a retaining wall. Seen on the morning walk, ideal I thought for the high contrast…. Thank you to JohnEdward for hosting MM this month.

After the dog walk, zoom PSE editing session, all about workflow which was interesting and just what I needed.

Then after lunch a dentist visit for some cosmetic work, so no pain involved (phew) just sitting still for a long time while the treatment took effect. Sitting still is not my forté but I managed. After that I walked home from town, glad to be able to stretch my legs.
