A hint of sea

This is just a tiny inlet on the Quinish Estate and yet it looks quite picturesque, whatever the state of the tide. Bertie and I were about half way  round our walk at this stage and a light drizzle had begun to fall, getting heavier as we walked. 
At the weekend I had downloaded an app onto my phone for helping me to identify bird calls and song. I can identify by sight most birds I come across but know very few bird calls. However, I was very impressed with this app and I’m sure it will help me to improve my knowledge.
