Clearing Skies…..

We had a very good fall of rain overnight. It was torrential at times. There was 25mm of rain in the rain gauge this morning. The garden was very soggy. Such a change from the rock hard surfaces of just a few weeks ago. It was just a bit too damp for gardening today.
The cats are very happy with the cooler temperatures of autumn. They are presently becoming more fluffy, their winter coats are growing nicely.
