Where’s Spring?

Shona called for a coffee and a catch up this morning. We got our packing done quickly so had a 5 mile climb up Simonside just because we’ll be travelling all day tomorrow. It was cold, windy and bleak.

We’ve just had a message from BA saying our 10.30 am flight is cancelled and we have to go on the 8am flight. That’s a pain as it means we need to leave here at 4.45 and the metros won’t have started so we’ll need to get a taxi from daughter’s. First world problems!
