Fairy's Thimbles

The common name for Campanula cochlearifolia which is widespread and often plentiful in the Alps. None in flower yet this year after the cold start to summer. It creeps around here in a gritty soil atop one of my raised beds but is vulnerable to prolonged dry spells in cultivation.

One year ago tday I blipped it in the Alps!

Still back blipping from a weekend in the mountains.
