steam in the park

The railway theme continues today. Max and I went to the Gleisdreieckpark to watch the express loco 01 1104 haul a passenger train to the Technical Museum. We used the opportunity to check out the newly reopened engine shed with rearranged exhibition. The exhibition is really good. I particularly liked the panel asking the question who built the railways? The engineers were mentioned alongside the workers who actually did all the hard manual work. We had sausages and beer in the museum park.
