A wee dram, not a free dram!

Another Saturday and another alarm set! Last minute rush before the taxi arrives and picks up me and trace.

Cracking day ahead and the weather looks good too. We leave Nottingham at 9.02 and crack the champers open at 8.50! Bring it on!

Into London and off to borough market first of all. Then to Roast above borough for a cracking meal! Scotch egg and champers...

Check in at vinopolis at 2.30pm a quick lesson in whether you should spit or swallow..then we are set free amongst the vino!

We stumble across whisky tasting at laithwaites and it took my breathe!

Afterwards we wandered across the south bank and had drinks at the globe.

The south bank was buzzing with crowds and stags dressed in cling film!

Back to st Pancras, champers and then train back,
