I finally made it back to edinburgh this morning and am suffering from sever tinitus in my left ear after a weekend at glastonbury. Hopefully it should clear tomorrow or in the next couple of days.

I was back in the office this afternoon and caught up with most things. This evening I've done laundry and am now heading to bed to try to return to a normal sleeping pattern again.
