Musical Babies Day

Again the morning was quite chilled out at home, then it was time to go to Musical Babies with Lou and baby Rhys, yayyy :-) Eva was clearly shattered halfway through but she just would not go to sleep as there was just too much going on around her.

Grandad Hopkins came round when we got back. Eva still wouldn't go to sleep or settle, I think she'd gone past it by then and didn't end up going to sleep til bedtime.

We had such a lovely hour together before bed. Normally I'd have been doing tea, sorting the cats, busy busy busy, while Mike entertained Eva, but Mike had taken Jake to his new secondary school's open evening, so I gave Eva her bath then spent time lying on the bed together watching In The Night Garden, giggling and snuggling, it was so so lovely. Would love to do that every night.
