Wondertree

This is Saturday

Today we set out for our trip to Cyprus.  We had to go from Gatwick South Terminal which is far from our favourite and started our trip by standing in a very long queue to check in our hold luggage.  Not Tui's fault of course that the luggage belts for their usual check in zone remain broken but still we had to go to another zone.
We had had several emails from Tui, changing terminals once and leased airlines twice but we need not have worried: the flight with Ascend Airlines was fabulous with good company from other passengers  and a great crew who were a mix of Tui and Ascend staff.
We arrived at our hotel on time and once again they had kept a late supper for us new arrivals.  We are experiencing for the first time extreme storms here and more of that tomorrow!
