Jewel colours

This week, being the first Thursday in the new month of May, there is no set theme for Abstract Thursday.  I am making a couple of crafty items with Violet for the King's Coronation and have photographed some of our acrylic gem collection to make this week's abstract.  I do like an abstract picture to be, well, abstract, so I have used a couple of PS Elements filters to distort the original image and added a frame in Phototastic Collages.  In extras are the 'jewels' in their original form, laid out on a piece of gold sparkly card which I keep for photographic purposes.
