Pipe up

It’s non-stop.  After a great dance last night in Kirkwall, very well supported with many folk from Iceland, today it was onto Stromness.  An event to celebrate the 200th year of the RNLI.  Five pipe bands.  The Pierhead, and the streets were absolutely mobbed.  We went along to check to see if Lady F had risen from her bed in time for the event.  After all it started at 1.00pm.  She emerged amongst a background chorus of clinking bottles.  I got cuddles with Theresa, Shirley, Karen and Yvonne.  Rosies once again patted my b hind.  A thing she often does at e dancing.  This time she was flagrant and did it in front of CMC.  Shaks heid (stage direction).  We had to leave early for CMC is cooking for six folk this evening.  Tomorrow it’s morning dancing the ‘Hope.  Now where’s my monkey glands and Phyllosan…..
