10 mile mud slog

That was a tough one, so much mud, and big hills too. 
I consider it a minor triumph that I only upended myself once. 

Far greater triumphs were the completely exhausted back-marker and marvellous sweep marshal who kept her entertained and motivated to make it to the finish line.
