More blossom

A morning of heavy constant rain. Great soaking weather for the garden which desperately needed it. It was forecast to last all day so I took our friends’s dog which is with us for a week or so. We got wet. It dried up at lunchtime.

More paperwork than a dry walk. On that, the pavement was covered in fallen blossom. Fortunately at eye level was this set of petals with the delicate veining and colouring.

Cold easing but settling into slightly chest cough.
