Chest, back, shoulders

My first blip from Japan in a while now.

Arrived here last Wednesday. Am here to prepare a video ill be shooting here in two weeks time. Quite stressful as I'm all alone.

But feels good to be back in Japan again. Been 4 years. And my Japanese was getting rusty.

Found a gym an paid a fortune to be able to work out there for a mere 2 weeks.
