I woke up this morning with all the shades open and a beautiful wall of green with white blossoms, listening to birds exchanging thoughts. 

Even high-paying energy companies now find themselves having to compete for workers against the Russian army. The sign-up bonus for a soldier fighting in Ukraine may be equivalent to nearly a year’s salary for an average oil and gas field worker. The oil and gas industry are staring to offer all sorts of incentives, like New Year’s presents. They are no longer encouraging older workers to retire, they are encouraging them to keep working.  The oil and gas industry is down 40,000 employees. The war has also put a cramp on labor moving into Russia. Last year there was only one quarter the number of incoming migrants that there were before the re-invasion. 
Russia accidentally bombed itself in Belgorod again. 
Ukraine’s drone attacks on Russian military planes has forced Moscow to move the planes further away.
