Heerema Thailf

The Heerema Thailf is the largest crane barge in the world, capable of lifting 14,000 tonnes (!!). It is 200m long, 90m wide, and weighs nearly 140,000 tonnes (!!!). It was passing by Shetland this week, and, as I hadn't done anything nautical for a while, I thought I'd treat you.

Shortly after taking this picture, we were walking towards the camping booth where we were planning to spend the night, when I slipped crossing a burn, and fell, twisting my shoulder really badly. I think I dislocated it, but the doctor disagrees. Later, at home, I managed to wrench it twice more while opening a cupboard and the dishwasher. Maybe I didn't dislocate it, but I certainly felt the joint move, and had to move it back again to relieve the excruciating pain. So I haven't been blipping for a few days, although I have managed to take a few pictures.
