The Scottish Government hosts an accelerator program with itself as first customer ; yesterday was demo day for the 9th iteration. The group on stage have a Swedish parent, a Glasgow base, and are offering data as a service from a constellation of small satellites, in this case for determining tree health by canopy colour. 

The venue was a former church (Assembly Roxy) in the old town. Overcast and warm walking over; all of a sudden it's short sleeve weather. 17C high. Talked to a number of people. There was a very wide range of topics on the agenda and 13 short company pitches.
